This is the demo on sausage making we've done at the MIHAS food expo, 30/3/16-02/04/2016, held at KLCC Convention Center. Due to the sausage filling machine's brokedown, we finally stuffed the sausage manually.
The Emul-EC system consists of low cost equipment and high performance soy protein. Application of this system not limited to sausage making, but also applicable to make burger, nugget, other meat paste products, and also all types of vegetarian products.
Pros:
1. cost-saving on initial set-up, and long term maintenance.
2. Thanks to the new breakthrough in soy protein isolation, we
proudly present the only available soy protein which can form
emulsion at the low speed mixing, high shear mixer or bowl
cutter become not compulsory equipment in this system.
3. The System is suitable for batch production, small & medium
industry, home-based business. However, the high performance
soy protein is suitable for all industry's usage.
cons:
1. Due to low speed mixing, time is more consuming than high
speed mixer.
