A fun intermediate/advanced-level aerial hoop/ lyra combo for my students at the Aerial Arts Studio in Tonbridge, Kent. I like this one for giving the grip a bit of a rest - the legs support the weight for a lot of it! 😉

Please note that these videos are not intended as standalone tutorials. I use this channel primarily as a visual reference/ aide memoire for my aerial hoop students covering moves & flows we've covered in class, but if anyone else happens to find it useful then YIPPPEEEEEEE, dig in! Please train safely though - don't try new moves without a proper safety mat, a spotter and a qualified teacher to guide you! These videos are not intended to be DIY teaching aids - just memory-joggers for students who have already learnt the moves & sequences with me in class.
