A fatal road accident occurred on the Bargarh–Sambalpur National Highway in Odisha after two trucks collided head-on near Atabira–Dharmashala Chhak. The impact of the collision was extremely severe, leaving both trucks completely mangled.

According to reports, both truck drivers died in the accident, while one helper sustained injuries. The crash caused panic among commuters as the vehicles were badly damaged due to the force of the collision.
