The Commission has taken suo moto cognizance of Swati Maliwal’s social media post. NCW has summoned Bibhav Kumar, former PS of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to appear before it on May 16. This comes days after DCW chief Swati Maliwal accused Arvind Kejriwal's personal secretary of assaulting her. As per Maliwal’s post, the personal secretary of chief minister of Delhi had brutally assaulted her at the CM's residence.
