Описание: Here's some helpful information for targets of governmental repression. Legitimate targets of the government sanctioned crime that has been dubbed "gang stalking" report overt harassment by what are known as perps, people exhibiting certain characteristics to deliberately inform the target that he or she is being watched and mobbed by the community. However, one of the purposes of the overt harassment is to get the target to focus on the perps, while covert surveillance and targeting is carried out against the target behind the scenes. Perps are used as cover to misdirect those who are being assailed with high tech weaponry. Part of the purpose is to heighten stress and make it harder to think logically, so the operators behind the scenes can minimize the chances of discovery and maximize the chances the target will be neutralized by any number of ways that are all dangerous to life and liberty. Many of the tactics used to conduct the covert surveillance and targeting follow these FBI guidelines, at least in the rural environment, but much of these same principles apply to urban environments as well.
