God restores the foundations of our hearts, and because our emotions flow from the heart, a healthy spiritual foundation enables us to process emotions in a healthy way.
The Bible shows that God created us with emotions, and what matters is not what we feel, but how we bring those feelings to Him. Unprocessed pain and broken foundations often reveal themselves in behaviour, but Jesus doesn’t just help us cope—He heals the heart and makes us whole. Real strength is surrendering our emotions to God and allowing Him to rebuild our lives so we can live as new creations.
