Fish Paste Egg Roll 鱼胶蛋卷

Описание: Today we are making this simple and delicate Fish Paste Egg Roll. We are adding cornstarch into the egg mixture, this is to make the egg crepe more durable when rolling the egg roll. Serve this egg roll with your favourite dipping sauce.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Corn starch
1/2 Carrot
10 Medium Size Prawns
100g Fish Paste
1 Stalk Spring Onions
1 Tablespoon Cooking oil

1) Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, season with salt & pepper. Add in corn starch.
2) Carrot brunoise cut
3) Prawns shelled & deveined, finely chopped into paste.
4) Combine fish & prawn paste
5) Marinate with white pepper & salt
6) Combine with carrot & spring onions. Mix well.
7) In a pan, heat oil and pan fry egg mixture
8) Pan fry egg crepe both side till slightly brown over low heat
9) Spread paste on crepe and roll it up.
10) Pan fry 15 minutes till paste is cooked
11) Cut into slices and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
