HDB Flat Makeover - Staging for Sale

Описание: Sold in 1 weekend. Could have been in 1 day but I had to spilt viewings over 2 days.

This is an Executive Apartment that had 2 unique characteristics:
1. It is located on a floor with no lift landing
2. This was part of an estate sale

Units like this typically sit on the market for a while. Thus, we had to do some staging to create a positive viewing experience for all our buyers. This included painting the house a neutral white and de-cluttering the unit. Basic staging. We did not stage the house with beautiful new furniture - that would be the next plan of action if the unit did not sell within a month.
p/s: The full staging will definitely get you a higher price & help you to sell for more but comes with a higher commission of 3% typically (Is that worth it - that would be a topic for another day).
