No doubt about it, the constant heat and my amateur welding skills definitely buckled my hood and left me with many low spots and an oil can situation!
I called in my friend Mikey from Barillaro Speed Shop here in Knoxville, TN - Being a top fabricator I knew he would be able to give me some tips and hints on how to dolly the metal and fix the many low spots I made!
Mikey was great and showed me how to stretch the weld and get a start into making my hood get back into shape!
