Chest pain that's not a heart attack - how do you make it go away...
Chest pain that comes out of the blue or you feel after waking up is usually do to a host of tight and short muscles. What causes this usually improper sitting posture or not moving enough. The pain you're feeling is a signal for you to start moving more!
That is why it is important to include a program to open up your chest, relax your upper traps and activate the big muscles of your back. By including exercises in your workout routine that reverse the effects of sitting hunched over, you can help fight against poor movement patterns and imbalances and even help prevent yourself from repeating them.
To prevent aches and pains and injury, you need to follow a 3 Step Program – fascia, mobility, and stability. If your program is missing any one of these pieces, you may not be getting the fastest or best results you could be getting.
You simply need to invest 5-15 minutes of your day on super simple moves, exercises and/or stretches to improve your flexibility and mobility so that you can avoid pain and stiffness.
