The Little Puppy’s Day
A little puppy, soft and small,
With floppy ears and a bouncy ball,
He wakes up early, tail goes swish,
Dreaming of treats and every wish.
He runs through grass so green and wide,
Chasing butterflies side by side,
He trips, he rolls, then starts to bark,
A tiny hero in the park.
He finds a friend, a kitten gray,
They laugh and tumble all the day,
They share a snack beneath a tree,
As happy as two friends can be.
When moon climbs high and stars all glow,
The little pup walks home real slow,
He curls up tight, no need to peep,
And dreams of adventures while asleep.
