Описание: ​In the kitchen, talented chef Jan Hartwig waves the culinary sceptre. The chef was born in 1982 and has already achieved to reach the top of the culinary world. In 2014, Jan started working at Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich. The same year, Atelier got his first Michelin star and Jan was crowned as “Newcomer of the Year” 2014 by the FAZ. In November 2015, the second Michelin star followed tougher with 18 Gault&Millau points. In 2017, the team achieved to get the third star.
