Описание: Not the best tutorial, more of an explanation video,
I couldn't show manual demonstration as I was holding my phone on one hand to record.
But I hope it helps to enlighten anyone who's intending on modifying their Houseki wigs!!

Basically just hot glueing cellophane paper to the wig, but cutting and pasting them in a specific manner to mimic hair strands.
