TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FUTURE PLANS:-
This question is frequently asked in job interviews or during campus placements. The main intent of the interviewer is to check if you can stay in the firm for at least 2 years. He wants to see if you will be faithful and if you are reliable. However, this question is purely subjective in nature and it depends on the mindset of the interviewer. There are few companies (Example: ZS Associates) which have collaborated with top business schools of the country. They sponsor interested students to pursue their higher studies. However, it is always safe to say in an interview that you don’t have any study plans at present and you’re totally interested in doing a job.
