A trip to the Nürburgring is on top of the bucket list of every petrolhead out there and rightfully so. There is no other place on this planet, but be prepared. The Nordschleife is the killer of all parts. This place of beauty can turn ugly at every corner.
The previous day ended behind the barrier with a broken rotor of my dizzy. I sourced the part so I could continue my weekend @ The Ring. But straight after my very slow warm up lap the gearbox was acting all weird forcing me to stop behind the barrier for the second time that weekend.
Some lovely people offered me their help so I was out of there in no time at all. Enough time to investigate and figure out what had really happened learning along the way ... Do we have a winner?
