The current world record is a 2'57'889 by riolu.

This one definitely goes into my personal top3 of hardest STM's to beat. I only managed to beat this one with a shortcut at the end of lap 3, otherwise I'd probably still sit here and try to beat it LUL
A complete dirt track again, and just another one which really punishes the slightest mistake. Especially regarding this is a multilapper, those mistakes add up in the long run and ruin your time.
Starting off with the little shortcut through the bushes, which I guess looks easier than it actually is, already is one of those key points for a good time on this map. The cut, if done well, saves about half a second compared to a normal start.
The rest of the track basically is just all about maintaining speed. Find good lines and avoid driving on the grass too much. Especially the turn at 0:24 with the engine killer part after that is important for good speed.
All in all one of the most satisfying runs in TMT for me, especially since this one is really really hard to beat, even with the tiny shortcut in the end (which saves about half a second if done correctly).
