Installed in 1992 as the Village Chair/Chair 6 to anchor the base area redevelopment with the retirement of the original base lodge, this CTEC quad primarily serves as a a learning area & slight step up from Chair 9/Easy Rider in terms of terrain steepness & difficulty, a link between the base lodge and twin high speed quads Big Mountain Express/Chair 1 & Swift Creek Express/Chair 2 (serving that same link in the summer), and serving alpine slides on the slopes below it as seen in this recording, in the summer it is free to anyone and everyone to ride with or without a ticket.
