I didn’t start working out to look a certain way.
I started because my hormones were off, my sugar levels were high, my anxiety was constant, and my body felt unsafe to live in.
Strength training, gentle movement, yoga, and breathwork eventually gave me my energy back.
They helped my body feel stable, regulated, and supported again.
This is exactly why my 12-week program isn’t about burning calories or pushing harder.
