Описание: This is Day 5 of the Junior Finance Mini Challenge, a kid friendly financial literacy program created by Pasgrove Group to help children build real world money skills.

In today’s lesson, kids learn:
• What a paycheck represents
• How effort and consistency turn into earnings
• The difference between gross pay and net pay
• How to read and understand basic paycheck information
• Why tracking work protects your earnings

This lesson teaches children that a paycheck tells the story of their work. Kids see how five days of effort, choices, and follow through come together to create their final earnings. The focus is on understanding what information a paycheck shows and why being able to read it is an important life skill.

This video is designed for children ages 8 to 14 and can be completed at home with a parent or guardian.

Families participating in the Junior Finance Mini Challenge should remember:
• Today is the final day to track points
• Parents must upload completed trackers by 8:00 PM tomorrow, Saturday
• Paychecks will be sent to parents by email on Monday
• The $50 cash prize winner will be announced by email

Parents: Even if you are not officially registered for the challenge, your child can still participate at home by watching the videos and using the resources.
