Today's mall we are exploring is Fortune Centre. It's located at the Bugis area with a history of 45 years. A lot of the old malls in Singapore have seedy shops but this one, no. It's filled with local-popular eateries and interesting shops. I truly feel this mall deserves more attention. Yes, it's not fancy like the newer malls, but it's full of charm. Let's see if I can spend $100 here.
