Cloud over video:

Basecoat:
1 parts floetrol
1 part artist loft flow white (0r dark acrylics)
.25 part GAC 800
.5 part satin enamel (untinted base Behr)
Water to thin (whipping cream consistency)

Puddle Paint mixture:
1 part paint (less with golden fluids)
1 part floetrol
.25 part liquatex pm
.25 part GAC 800
Water to thin, similar consistency to base

Cloud over mix:
1oz floetrol
1oz latex satin house paint
I teaspoon decoart satin enamel
I teaspoon behr white satin enamel
Water to thin - A bit thicker than your other paints
Decoart metallic cloud over is mixed only with liquatex pouring medium and water.
