Candice Accola, whom TVD fans know as Caroline on the hit CW series, announced on Wednesday that she is engaged to The Fray guitarist Joe King. Candice took to Instagram to reveal the news, and her Vampire Diaries costar Nina Dobrev wasted no time in tweeting her congratulations.
