There is a huge difference between being liked by people and being respected by people. If people like you but don't respect you, they won't treat you properly. They have subconscious thoughts they're better or more relevant than you. Understanding that respect is more important than being popular or liked is a key part of becoming successful.

I'm jthewei and I'm just a guy who posts videos on YouTube because I am passionate about helping and inspiring people to become the best versions of themselves.

I am an LSU Graduate who studied Chemical Engineering and I currently work as a Process Engineer. In my spare time aside from making YouTube Videos, I play and am very passionate about Basketball, Tennis, and performing Classical Piano. I also take pictures as a photographer, hike and camp, invest in my health and fitness, invest in money, and am passionate about firearms.

This channel is about self improvement and being the best version of yourself through storytelling, examples, etc. I will not lie to you on this channel or say vague statements but will tell you the genuine truth so you can improve yourself. I will occasionally upload vlogs about my life too and upload other things I am passionate about.
