The Wayshower World Premiere, ArcLight Cinerama Dome March 8th, 2012

Описание: As we sit this evening Los Angeles to do many of the various things in our lives, we ask ourselves questions. What will we do next? How did we feel today? What will we do tomorrow? Are we truly living our lives? Are we actively being the truth within ourselves, or are we seeking the truth in others?

A truly good day, a night out with a truly great love, any magical moment, thought, or possible happening will make you stop, think, sit with yourself when the lights are turned down low, and ask yourself these types of questions.

Last night, talents from across Los Angeles came together to Hollywood's ArcLight Cinerama Dome to enjoy the thoughtful experience that was The Wayshower.

Memorable performances were given by the legendary Eric Roberts who truly came across within the character Parley Hinkins the father of the movies Way Shower John-Roger. Sally Kirkland stole the show at points with her graceful beauty and comedic support, meanwhile the entire time her character made you feel like there was something more she was saying, and again you found yourself asking questions.

Questions, Jesus, as played by Jsu Garcia, went off on a search to Helper Utah, to find out more about the life and past of his real life Wayshower and mentor John-Roger, and throughout the journey winds up exploring many of these soul based questions, and finding the truth of his source.

From on site shoots in Morocco that took us through mystic experiences in the dessert, to strong female actresses battling it out in symbolism as what I took as one portraying the emotional aspects of Jesus soul, and the antithesis the doubting mind that questions his faith in Goodness, to gorgeous visual images splashed across the scene of beautiful Utah, quant olden days shops and locals, lots of locals that as Jsu described after the film in an open speaking forum with the cast and crew, had a major part of the films success in coming together under budget, and in keeping in the budget that they were working with.

From under the honey bee like dome that is the Arclight Theatre, to me The Wayshower film is a thoughtful moving experience through time that brings you into a frame of mind where you can truly begin to examine the life you are living, and ask/answer some deep and profound questions within yourself.

Why is it important to be present to opportunities to ask these questions?

They allow us to come to truly know ourselves,

They allow us to progress toward a balance of our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.

And as with any great experience, sometimes you don't get it until like a day later, be open to the answers and they will become available.
