Beef -2 kg
Onion -4 medium
Shallots -100 gram
Ginger -4 medium pieces
Garlic -3 kudam(30 cloves)
Asafoetida-2 small pieces
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3 tbspn
Coriander powder- 3 tbspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
Fennel powder- 1tbspn +1/2tspn
Garam masala - 1 tbspn +1/2 tspn
Pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - a few
All spices leaves- 4
Salt- to taste
Coconut oil- as required
Coconut bits- half of a coconut
