I've been noticing a gradual increase recently in offensive comments on my youtube videos and I suspect it correlates to my channels growth. My strategy is to simply reply with 'thank you for your comment' and not fall into the trap of a potential conflict. Unfortunately, nasty comments seem to be quite common on YouTube, however is this continues and affects other viewers, I will take necessary steps to protect my channel.
