The Telegraph can reveal for the first time footage appearing to show guards finding Jeffrey Epstein unresponsive in his cell.
The CCTV shows a guard walking to the Epstein's tier at 6.30am, corroborating official US government reports, and further commotion in the minutes afterwards.
The discovery of the footage comes after The Telegraph combed through millions of Epstein files released by the Department of Justice.
