And while a lot of this kind of content is good and actually uplifting for the consumers, a whole lot of it is actually the part of the problem by being the reason that actually ruins lives even. This paradox is the topic for today's video here.

Some of the self help and self improvement content is powerful and famous enough to occupy our attention and our consciousness, courtesy the time we have spent around them or sometimes courtesy to the influential people reminding us time and again the truth and application and meaning behind them. But if misinterpreted and misappropriated, it can actually be hazardous.
