We have a 1964 Fender Jaguar that had a weak pickup with no Ohm signal when it was hooked up to a multimeter. Please enjoy as I troubleshoot the connection points and back off a wind or two in an attempt to save it from a rewind. Unfortunately, this pickup was indeed in need of a rewind.
In the video you will see my sewing machine winder. Half of the fun about being a luthier is the creative problem solving you get to do, whether it's a cost saving measure, or if you are just motivated to build you own tools.
