This super thick and fluffy whipped cream is 100% dairy-free and made with just 3 ingredients — no fancy tools, no long chill time, and it comes together in under 5 minutes. All you need is the top part of a chilled can of coconut milk (the coconut cream), a little maple syrup, and vanilla extract. There is NO powdered sugar in this recipe! Don't ever buy whipped cream from a can ever again! It's perfect for topping cakes, cupcakes, fruit, hot cocoa, pancakes or just eating by the spoonful. 3- Ingredient Dairy Free Whipped Cream
📌Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) of full fat canned coconut milk (refrigerate overnight). Mine had 14 grams of fat. We are only going to use the cream (the hardened part on the top). You can save the liquid part for something else!
1/3 cup (up to ½ cup) of maple syrup
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
📌Instructions
1. Scoop out the top/hardened part of the canned refrigerated coconut milk into a bowl (the coconut “cream”) Be sure it was refrigerated overnight or this will not whip up!
2. Whip the coconut cream using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment or a hand held mixer until stiff peaks form.
3. Add in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Consume immediately 😊 Enjoy!
