On February 8, 2019, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City held a performance and press conference announcing that Jersey Boys, the Tony- and Grammy Award winning musical, would be appearing for a Summer residency in June & July as part of their national tour! Featuring songs from Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, the performance included hits such as Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Walk Like a Man, Beggin’, My Boyfriend’s Back, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, Who Loves You, and December 1963 (Oh What a Night).
Frankie Valli himself made an appearance as well (16:40) and donated one of his original stage costumes to the Hard Rock.
What a thrill it was to be there!
