In this video I give you 10 exercises to increase all around athleticism. Get creative with how you do these exercises. You can do 2 back to back for 30 seconds each. You could do pushups, any exercise 1-10, and then more pushups. You could pick 4 exercises to do all out for 30 seconds with a 1 minute rest, and etc etc. The possibilities are endless!
