Mini-Mash Recipe - by Skid Baxter

Distilled Water
21.62 % Pale Ale DME
32.43 % Golden Light DME
10.81 % Munich I (light)
10.81 % Crystal 40
10.81 % Crystal 80
8.11 % Chocolate
5.41 % Black Malt

8 oz Cocoa Powder (approx. 228 g)
8 oz Lactose (approx. 228 g)

28 g East Kent Goldings @ 60 minutes
28 g East Kent Goldings @ 30 minutes
28 g Willamette @ Flameout
18 g Mystery “Stout” Hops @ Flameout

Nottingham Yeast - 1 pack

I used 2 packs for this version but there was no noticeable difference. So I’m going back to using just one pack.

JOHN PALMER EXTRACT & PARTIAL MASH BREWING METHOD
