Whether you are prepping for your next race or just want to challenge your limits, this session brings the intensity of functional fitness racing to your home. We are combining high-volume reps with weighted movements to spike your heart rate and build muscle stamina. Expect a mix of functional strength (lunges, squats, presses) and cardio bursts to simulate the "compromised running" feeling of a real Hyrox race.

⏱️ Intervals: 40 seconds work 10 seconds transition
🔁 Format: 3 supersets per strength movement
✅ Warm up and cool down included
WORKOUT MOVEMENTS:
• Thrusters
• Gorilla rows
• Alternating lunges
• Push press
• RDL + bent over row
• DB pull through + HRPU
CARDIO ROTATION (alternates each superset):
• Ski erg simulator
• Burpees
