Leg 1 - solo, 5.2 miles, 1670 ft elevation, goes up Burnsall Fell and back to Aplletreewick

Leg 2 - paired, 8.7 miles, 3000 ft, goes up to Simon's Seat and beautiful fairytale like Trollers Gill

Leg 3 - navigation leg, paired, the map is given out 300 m after the start, about 7 miles

Leg 4 - 5.2 miles, 1650 ft elevation goes through Trollers Gill
