Welcome to #court with Krissy and Licking County Municipal Court... where you can't rewind, but don't worry I joined this jury trial just in time.
What did you miss? You missed the jury selection, opening statements, and testimony of one of the Troopers (who does return) but we kick it off just as the defendant starts to refuse sobriety tests. After all you can't expect him to know his ABCs when he dropped out of school in the 9th grade!
The charges OVI, no seatbelt, no license and driving reckless.
The jury gets to decide on the OVI while Judge Stansbury rules on the rest.
