Cheesy Taco Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 or 3 potatoes
1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
¼ cup water
Toppings:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Taco sauce
Sour cream
Diced tomatoes
Parsley
Directions:
Bake the potatoes and cut them in half
Brown the ground beef and drain the excess grease
Add taco seasoning to cooked beef and stir
Add water and let simmer for a few minutes
Place taco meat to the potatoes
Top with your favorite toppings

Keto Taco Seasoning
Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon chili powder can substitute for cayenne pepper
• 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
• In a large mixing bowl, combine all the spices and mix well, until combined.
• Transfer into a sealable jar or container until ready to use.
