These delicious Rocky Road Chocolate Barks are easy to make, and are the perfect treats to indulge in or to gift your friends. Try the recipe today!
Ingredients:
DARK CHOCOLATE 300 GM
CHOCOLATE BISCUITS 5
SNICKERS BAR 1/2
WHITE BUTTER 2 TBSP
HONEY 2 TSP
MARSHMALLOWS 2 TBSP
KITKAT 2 TBSP
GEMS 1 TBSP
Method:
Place the chocolate in a bowl, then melt it in the microwave.
Chop the biscuits, snicker bars and add set aside.
Once the chocolate is melted, add butter and honey.
Mix well, and let the chocolate cool down to room temperature.
Now add all the toppings.
Place the mix in a rectangular container lined with butter paper, and let the chocolate barks set for 2-3 hours.
Once set, cut the barks into pieces and enjoy!
