PlantX Life CEO Lorne Rapkin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement bringing in 5.4 million to the treasury. That raise was oversubscribed. That capital will used for business development, working capital and general corporate purposes.
Rapkins talks more about what the company is planning this year and he also talks about the launch of a XFitness whis is a new on-line fitness service featuring a variety of live and on-demand fitness classes. Rapkin also talked about their XVIP Membership program.
