I unbox a late-2013 MacBook Pro (model ME294LL/A) with 15.4" Retina display, 1 TB SSD drive, and 16 GB of RAM. After unboxing, I transfer data from my mid-2009 MacBook Pro, then boot Mavericks for the first time and explore how OS X has changed from Snow Leopard. (In the time since shooting this video, Mac OS X has been updated to 10.9.1, which corrects none of the issues I identify in this video.)
