So many great places to see and so many wonderful places to eat. This time, I get to dine with good friends Sam and Clara, and new friend Dar and I get the enjoy Manila's most popular spots. My favourite and probably the most popular in the Philippines is a small fast food grilled chicken spot call ‪@manginasalph‬ ... perfectly grilled chicken made to order along with the savoury sweet sauces and yes, the chicken oil...can't forget about the luscious flavourful chicken oil.

But the evening had more treats in store. This will be a visit to the Philippines' most popular buffet called the Vikings Buffet. I had a chance to visit the one in the Mall of Asia and as festive and celebratory as that was, they have another location; one that is a bit more upscale called NIU by Vikings; offering the the great dishes as their original location but with touches of truffles and caviar here and there, and an assortment of seafoods and meats... and of course, the wine, beer, and spirits.
