Dantracker Oxford Motorcycle GPS Review

Описание: I bought this unit because I can move it to my next motorcycle with ease. It is affordable, waterproof and has up to a 10 year battery life.

Costs at time of review : £179 DanTracker + £180 5 year Subscription = £360

After 5 years, just another £180 subscription

In year 6-10 it will only cost me £36 a year to run!

All I had to do was create an account on the Dantracker website, buy a subscription, shake the tracker, place in on a windowsill, wait for a confirmation email and that was it.

I did a self install on my motorcycle (you can get a professional to fit if tho) and if I ever sell my motorcycle it can be transferred to my new motorcycle easily. I keep the Tracker the App and the Subscription..!

As far as I am aware it doesn't provide RF Signal tracking in the event of loosing GPS but then this is considerably cheaper than systems that are installed, tracked and located with a team of personnel.

I am very impressed with the DanTracker for it's simplicity and functionality. This product should be installed at time of manufacturer, into a frame or something, then each new motorcycle would have a 10 year worth of tracking. Plus if say Honda or BMW offered this system built into their new motorcycles the price would fall as they are buying in bulk. Motorcycle thieves might give new motorcycles a wide berth?
