In my humble opinion, the development of synthesizer is the most important, revolutionary invention in music from the last hundred years. The boundless possibilities of creating new sounds opens new doors for musicians of all genres.
Here I am playing some synth iconic “signature sounds”, they are mostly from the 80s when synthesizers were widely used in pop music. These unique synth sounds are becoming fingerprints of the songs, sometimes the most memorable part of the songs.
