Workout:
1. Pull Ups | 4 Sets, 10-12 Reps
2. Toes to Bar | 4 Sets, 8 Reps
3. Bodyweight Rows | 4 Sets, 12 Reps
4. Chin Ups | 4 Sets, 8 Reps
5. Back Lever x Tucked Front Lever | 3 Sets, Max Hold
