2020 was quite a wild ride, wasn't it? And it might feel like a wild time to even consider venturing into private practice.

But believe it or not, this is a great time to get started in private practice. The demand for therapy is higher than I've ever seen it, and the world needs more therapists to support the needs of folks going through a hard time.

But, it's not exactly a great time to quit your day job and dive head first into a risky business venture that may or may not pan out. So in today's video, I offer some tips to help set you up for success if you're thinking of starting a private practice in 2021.

There are a million and one ways to go about starting a private practice, all of which have the potential to be successful. But for the purposes of today's video, I've just compiled the tips I think are most helpful to mitigate risk in our uncertain climate these days. If you follow these tools, you'll be set up for success in private practice, with minimal cost or risk.
