The most affordable item on this list, the Premium supports up to 250lbs and its vinyl construction is really easy to clean by hand. Three internal baffles control the wave action within the overlay while also providing additional support. Some users did report that the Drive Premium was too cold for their taste.

Coming in at number four is the Care Guard Alternating Pressure Pump and Pad overlay from Invacare. The Care Guard alternates pumping air between its cells to regularly adjust pressure points and prevent ulcers from developing. Users report being surprised at how quiet the pump is.
