Описание: Never allow a caller to stay on hold longer than 20 seconds unless it is their option to do so. For instance, if the person is calling for Mike Sowards. You would ask may I ask who is calling, what is the call regarding, then dial Mr. Sowards extension. If Mr. Sowards is on another call, go back to the caller and notify them that Mr. Sowards is not available. Their options are to either to leave a message with you or go to his voicemail. You should never just transfer a call to someone without notifying them first.
