This video was taken while on a hike near the McKenzie River a few days after a big snowstorm. I decided to take a few minutes and listen to the sounds of this river.
The sounds of nature soothe and relax the mind and allow for more restful sleep, deeper focus, and a feeling of mindfulness and calm.
