Berkeley, Bancroft & 5th- visual hazard from construction site privacy screen

Описание: The temporary fencing around the construction site at Bancroft & 5th creates an extreme hazard, blocking view of oncoming traffic on Bancroft which has no stop signs. According to a business owner on the corner, this has already been the cause of many near accidents. The privacy screen needs to be removed. Possibly temporary stop signs should be set up at the intersection on Bancroft.
