Marshmallow Pops
135g Marshmallows(extra Large) more if needed
100g-150g from each Chocolate bars (more if needed)
toppings:
Vermicelli sprinkles(assorted colors)
heart shaped sprinkles
Procedure:
1) Melt the chocolates. Using Bain-marie method
2) Place marshmallow onto the stick. Poke the bottom of the marshmallow, about halfway up the center.
3) To coat it dip marshmallow one by one
4) Let the excess chocolate drip
5) add sprinkles for toppings
6) Repeat with steps with the rest of the marshmallow.
